Soy Butter
Ingredients

Step 1
Fill a medium pot with water.

Step 2
Bring the water to a boil.

Step 3
Add ramen noodles (or spaghetti) to the boiling water.

Step 4
Cook noodles according to package directions until tender (usually 3-5 minutes for ramen).

Step 5
While noodles cook, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 6
Remove skillet from heat and stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.

Step 7
Drain the cooked noodles thoroughly.

Step 8
Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the sauce.

Step 9
Toss well to coat the noodles evenly.

Step 10
Garnish with chopped green onion (if using) and black pepper, then serve.
