Garlic Butter
Ingredients

Step 1
Fill a medium pot with water.

Step 2
Bring the water to a boil.

Step 3
Add salt and pasta to the boiling water.

Step 4
Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Step 5
While pasta cooks, melt butter in a separate skillet over medium heat.

Step 6
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 7
Drain the cooked pasta, reserving a small amount of pasta water.

Step 8
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with garlic butter.

Step 9
Toss well to coat, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.

Step 10
Stir in Parmesan cheese, then season with pepper and serve.
