Lemon Herb Orzo
Ingredients

Step 1
Fill a medium pot with water.

Step 2
Bring the water to a boil.

Step 3
Add salt and orzo to the boiling water.

Step 4
Cook the orzo according to package directions until al dente.

While orzo cooks, zest the lemon into a large serving bowl.

Step 6
Juice the lemon into the same bowl.

Step 7
Add olive oil and dried mixed herbs to the bowl.

Step 8
Drain the cooked orzo thoroughly.

Step 9
Add the hot, drained orzo to the bowl with the lemon-herb mixture.

Step 10
Toss well to combine, stir in crumbled feta cheese, and serve.
