Kimchi Butter Pasta
Ingredients

Step 1
Fill a medium pot with water.

Step 2
Bring the water to a boil.

Step 3
Add ramen noodles (or spaghetti) to the boiling water.

Step 4
Cook noodles according to package directions until tender.

Step 5
While noodles cook, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 6
Add chopped kimchi to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Step 7
Stir in soy sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.

Step 8
Drain the cooked noodles thoroughly.

Step 9
Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the kimchi butter sauce.

Step 10
Toss well to coat, garnish with green onion and pepper, and serve.
