Basic Mac & Cheese
Ingredients

Step 1
Fill a medium pot with water

Step 2
Over medium high heat, bring the water to a boil

Step 3
When boiling, add elbows and salt into the water

Step 4
Drain pasta in a colander.

Step 5
Return the drained macaroni to the saucepan.

Step 6
Add milk, butter, and the cheese sauce packet from the box.

Step 7
Stir well over low heat until butter is melted and sauce is smooth and creamy.

Step 8
Stir in hot sauce for an extra kick.

Step 9
Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 10
Serve hot and enjoy your upgraded mac & cheese.
